Pastor Maximo Augilar and Family: Bolvian Evangelist
Through one of our members at Hebron, Franz Sivila, the church was made aware of an urgent need to help a pastor in Northern Bolivia. Maximo Augilar serves the Lord in taking the gospel to remote areas in Northern Bolivia, close to the border with Peru and into the Amazon. Maximo's ministry involves him travelling extensively on dirt track roads in remote areas by motorbike. Max had been using an old motorbike, now in poor condition, prone to breaking down and was proving a hinderance to the ministry. He urgently needed a new motorbike to allow him to continue this pioneer ministry.
Franz, who has known Max for many years, made this need known to the church. After making some enquiries and having considered our mission partner selection criteria, Hebron provided Max with a gift of £2,000 towards the purchase of a new motorbike. This along with contributions from other UK based Christian trusts, raised a total sum of £6,000 which will now allow Max to purchase a new motorbike. God is faithful!
Here is a video they have sent us, giving thanks for the new motorbike:

Please keep Max, his wife Madgy and their two boys, Edilson and Geraldo, in your prayers. They serve at Elim Evangelical Church in Porvenir, where Max is the pastor. Pray that God will protect Max as he travels on dangerous roads and that the light of the gospel will transform many lives in North Bolivia. Pray too for his family and for the continued strengthening of God's church in Bolivia
